With experience in law enforcement, public works supervision, fire district leadership, and management, Floyd understands both the public safety side of the job and the responsibility of running a department within a budget.

Floyd believes Pearl River deserves steady leadership, practical experience, and a police department focused on public safety, response, and the needs of citizens and the community.
